Deputy Director General Department Of Rural Development And Land Reform, Mr. Skwatsha is the Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform of the Republic of South Africa since 26 May 2014.
He is a Member of Parliament for the African National Congress. He is also a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the African National Congress (ANC).
