DELIVER BID PROPOSALS TO:
Bid proposals must be deposited into the Tender/ Bid Box situated at the foyer of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform: PSSC: Eastern Cape, Ocean Terrace Building, Block H, No 15 Coutts Street, Quigney, east London, 5211 by not later than the closing date and time indicated above. Bid proposals which are not inside the Tender/ Bid Box on the closing date and time will not be considered.



EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Kindly take note that this bid will be evaluated in two stages. During the first stage bids will be evaluated on Functionality whereas in the second stage in accordance with the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011. Bids that fail to achieve 60 points out of 100 on Functionality will not be considered for evaluation in the second stage. For full evaluation criteria kindly obtain a copy of the Bid Document.
