The Montgomery County Development Corporation (MCDC) promotes the growth of business, industry and civic welfare in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and to facilitate the exchange of information between and among businesses, industry and the governmental institutions.
The MCDC is Montgomery County’s Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO) accredited by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) to administer state financing programs. Our professional staff provide assistance by structuring loan packages that blend a variety of available programs, including State and Federal loan programs, to the individual needs of each business borrower. We are intensely involved in site selection assistance, both for relocating businesses and for current county firms seeking to sell or expand their business.
