DPSA Employee Transfer Policy; This guide on transfer and ring fencing of staff shall be applicable to all departments affected by macro organizational changes, when transferring and ring fencing affected employees (including permanent, fixed term, and casual employees, irrespective of their level and designation.) of and between the relinquishing and recipient departments.
