Mr Mogokare Richard Seleke is the Director-General of the Department of Public Enterprises.

Academic Qualifications
Mr Seleke is in possession of the following qualifications:
– Bachelor of Agriculture, 1997 – University of the North West;
– Post Graduate Diploma, Agricultural Economics and Management, 1998 – University of the North West; and
– BSc (Hons) Agricultural Economics, 1999 – University of the North West.

Mr Seleke has 17 years of experience in the public service. He was the Head of the Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the Free State.
